One Minute Cake!!

Hi All!!!!!

It's been a long time since I posted anything..
So here I go with a post for a CAKE!!

Now, who wouldn't have thought, " Wish I could have some cake now!!". Unfortunately we wouldn't always have it around, would we?

So here is a recipe that can help you satisfy that instantaneous craving for cake.

Believe it or not, it just takes a minute.

Ingredients:

  • All Purpose Flour      :    3 Tbsp
  • Jaggery ( Powdered) :    2 Tbsp
  • Milk                           :   2 Tbsp
  • Olive Oil                    :    2 Tbsp
  • Cocoa powder           :   2 tsp
  • Baking Powder           :   1/4 tsp

Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients together. Pour into a greased microwavable bowl and bake for a minute.
Have it warm. Doesn't taste as good when it cools off.
THAT'S  IT!!!!  REALLY!!!!

I would have posted a pic of the cake, unfortunately the bowl was empty before I had a chance to take a pic. :)
Will post a pic soon.

If you think it needs to be baked a little more, add 10 more secs.

Also tried it with Wheat Flour and brown sugar.. Came out just fine.

Enjoy!!!

Quilled Bird!!

My Second Quilling Project.
I was trying to make the different basic shapes, and suddenly decided to put them together to make this bird.
Just scribbled with normal pens to fill the background. :)
Guess it looks decent.

Quilled Rakhi!!!

This is my very first Quilling project. A Rakhi for my brother.
Since i was just trying to learn quilling, I just used normal A4 size white paper to make the Rakhi.

MANY MORE TO COME.......(because I really like Quilling.. Its interesting..Try it ;) )
