Ingredients
- All purpose flour: 1.5 cups
- Ripe bananas: 3
- Powdered sugar / brown sugar: 3/4 cup
- Baking soda: 1 Tsp
- Butter: 4 Tbsp (melted)
- Salt : 1 Tsp
- Milk: 1/2 cup
- Walnut: 1/2 cup (roughly chopped)
- Chocolate chips: 1/2 cup (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 345 F or 180°c
- Grease the bread pan with butter
- Mix all dry ingredients together with the melted butter.
- Add the milk and mashed banana to the mixture. Mix till you get a smooth mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased pan
- Baker upto 20 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Do not over bake.
- transfer the bread to the cooling rack.
- Cut bread after it is completely cool.
- Enjoy
* You can also use 3/4 cup wheat flour and 3/4 cup all purpose flour.
* I used coconut palm sugar instead of sugar. It's a healthier option.
* You can also add a few drops of vanilla essense
